Empryan Primer Coat is solvent-free two component polyamide curing Expoxy Penetrating for use where known concrete floor and cement toppings have the tendency to dust formations. It has good penetrating properties for sealing floors and thus consolidates the substrate, at the same time, the sealing film has increased the abrasion resistance.
It is intended to be used Penetrating Primer Coat in the Empryan Metallic Effect System and ROCKSTONE protective and decorative Coating System particulary for floor application.
Empryan Ultra Primer Coat is solvent-free, two component heavy-duty solventless milky primer coat for tiles and grouting works where complete self-leveling is required for a fully levele surface. It is an advanced epoxy solvent-free epoxy polymer that flows out to a smooth high gloss floor protection system. Other features include seamless leveled finish for hygienic conditions and easy-mantenance, hard-wearing and durable, excellent resistance to wide range of chemicals, low-odour and fast-cured, smooth and non-slip surfaces. It is capable of building up the thickness in between installed tiles, hence no hacking worker are required for surface preparation and subsequent coating can take place.
It is intended to be used as Solvent-Free Milky Primer for all Empryan Sealess Coating System, as where a fully leveled surface preparation is required.
Empryan Base Coat is an environmental-friendly water-based interior emulsified paint specially formulated to provide an excellent hide, wide coverage primer coat which is almost odorless.
Empryan Base Coat are similar is solvent-free, two component clear heavy-duty Epoxy floor coating for use over concrete floor where protection from corrosion and chemical attacks are required. The differences are in the viscosity and their intended use.
Empryan Pro Top Coat is solvent-based, two component clear Polyurethane coating based on special acrylic resin and polyisocyanate resin for use where primary requirement application. The product has an unlimited recoatablility offering a full gloss for ease of maintenance.
Empryan Matt Top Coat is single-packed, oxygen self-cross linking 100% water-based emulsified polyurethance coating. It is an environmental friendly coating, odorless and non-flammable that provides tough, durable and long lasting gloss finishes that protects the surface from stains and household chemicals.
Empryan Intermediate is single-packed, non-yellowing acrylic-based coating that is formulated to provide hard-wearing and long lasting gloss finishing gloss on any surface for use in interior and external application. It is a non-yellowing formula and fast-drying coating.
